Do you read The Isle patch notes before jumping back into Evrima?

Be honest, do you actually read the patch notes before loading into Evrima, or do you just click play and figure things out as you go?

I usually skim the changes that affect the dinosaurs I play, then discover three other things have changed when I get into a match.

Curious how everyone else keeps up, especially when an update changes mechanics they're used to.

I read the headlines and then immediately forget half of them. Very efficient system.

I pay attention to diet, growth, and combat changes. Those are the things most likely to affect my usual playstyle.

I normally wait to see what people are discussing after the update. Sometimes the patch notes make more sense once you've actually played.

Just make sure you're looking at notes for the correct branch and version. Old guides can become misleading after mechanics change.

Updates are also a good reason to recheck third-party compatibility before assuming anything still works. Game changes and software changes don't necessarily happen together.
